At Memoriqa, we’re a small team based in the UK with a big love for memories and meaningful moments. We create beautiful, handcrafted gifts—like magnet photos and pinned-back keepsakes—right here in the UK. More than anything, we care about making people smile and helping you hold on to the moments that matter most.
Are your products made in the UK?
Yes! All of our products are designed, assembled, and lovingly crafted right here in the UK. We do source some high-quality materials—like our photo magnets—from the USA, but everything else is handled locally with care and attention to detail.
Do you check the quality of my photo before printing?
Absolutely! We take a quick look at every photo before we print to make sure it’ll look great on your gift. If anything seems off—like low resolution or tricky cropping—we’ll get in touch with you first.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We totally get that things can change! If you need to update or cancel your order, just drop us a message within 12 hours of placing it. Since each item is custom-made, we get started pretty quickly—but we’ll do our best to help if we can!
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to get your order on its way! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and UK deliveries usually arrive within 7 working days. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Can I return my order?
Since all our items are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless something arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order. If that happens, just contact us within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
